It is further away and requires transport to Constanța as explained below but it has the most flight connections.
Traveling to and from the airport:
For the transportation directly from the Otopeni Airport to the hotel of your choice we suggest the following bus options:
These bus options can go to their designated bus station in the city or for an extra fee they can bring up to your hotel. The companies have buses traveling day and night directly from the airport. For all this bus options tickets can be booked online.
There is also the option to travel by train:
For Otopeni Airport:

- Gara de Nord, Bucuresti (North Railway Station, Bucharest)- Constanta, Railway station

For Baneasa Airport:
Băneasa Airport is within the city of Bucharest.
The same as for Otopeni, the train to Constanța should be taken from the North Railway Station in Bucharest. But getting to the station from Băneasa Airport can be done with Bucharest public transport.

Second Option
International Airport “Mihail Kogălniceanu” Constanța
It is the closest airport to Constanța but is limited in flight connections, typically having flights for London and Istanbul.
Getting to and from the airport:
- Taxi, Bolt or Uber ride sharing
- By bus
They go between 7:00 to 20:23 and are paid by cash at the driver. The bus stop is near the Constanța Railway Station where a 5-40 bus can be taken to the hotel. See information below for transit in Constanța. timetable
Transit in Constanța
Constanța’s bus entity is called CT BUS. Fares can be paid either directly with a bank card inside the bus, paper tickets sold in multiple locations, or with a 7 day card which can be purchased at specific vending machines, one is at the train station.
