Registration

Full Conference Participation Fee is €700.

This amount shall cover the costs of rentals for the conference facilities, coffee breaks and lunches during the conference works from Monday, June 29th to Friday, July 3rd 2026 (5 days), and the Conference Banquet on July 2nd 2026.
The full registration fee shall allow to a participant to present maximum 2 papers (oral or poster).

For students (BS, Master and PhD), the reduced registration fee shall be in amount of €450 and it shall give the possibility to present 1 single paper (oral or poster).

The above mentioned rates for the registration fees will be valid until May 31st 2026. For the payments starting with June 1st 2026 the registration fees will be as following:
€750 full registration fee
€500 for the registration fee for students
